When will I receive my order?
Most items available are handmade to order, as such please allow a processing time of 3-5 days (excluding weekends). These may be adjusted during spooky seasons.
Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email update with tracking codes if applicable.
Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive this.
I've made a mistake on my order!
If you've made an error in your name, address or any other important detail in your checkout please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order and ensure your dark goodies reach your safely.
Please note if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to amend any details.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind and want to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you have ordered a personalised item there will be an admin charge of 20% of the product price.
Unfortunately, if your item has been postage, you can no longer cancel it. In these instances please see our refund policy.
Freebies and Printing
How do I get access to Freebies?
All our freebies are located in our Crypt
Simply add to cart and checkout for free. Your downloads will be instantly available in the thank you page and emailed to you instantly.
Extracting Zip Files
Once you click download you will instantly get a zip folder containing your files.
You need to to extract them by either double clicking (if using MAC) or Right click and choose "Extract All" from the dropdown menu (if using Windows).
Printing your Freebies
Printables are delivered as a PDF file in the size of your choosing. To print on A4 please make sure you do the following for optimal results:
1. Click File and Print
2. Orientation: Auto
3. Page Size - ensure it is "Actual Size"
4. Check your quality settings and when your happy press print!
Then cut to size using the crop marks, punch holes where needed and slip into your planner ready for use.
My Freebie is too big when printing, it doesn't fit my planner
If it's not printing the right size and you are using A4 size paper to print, please double check your settings to ensure you click "Actual Size"
This will ensure that the printable is printed at the correct size in the middle of the page, making it easier for you to trim and punch.
